The crash took place around 4 a.m., Wednesday, in the area of West 207th Street and Sherman Avenue.
According to the NYPD, the vehicles crashed into one another at West 207th Street and Sherman Avenue.
During the crash, one of the vehicles hit two parked cars and then jumped onto the sidewalk where two men, ages 31 and 32, were struck and killed, the NYPD said.
One of the men was taken to New York-Presbyterian Allen and the other to Harlem Hospital where both were pronounced dead, the NYPD said.
Officials said a total of five people, including the drivers, were inside the two cars at the time of the crash.
All five suffered minor injuries, according to the NYPD.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
